Eurachem Workshop on "Uncertainty from sampling and analysis for accredited laboratories
Eurachem is pleased to announce an International Workshop on "Uncertainty from sampling and analysis for accredited laboratories" in conjunction with Eurolab and CITAC.
The workshop will be held on 19-20 November 2019. The workshop is kindly hosted by BAM at BAM headquarters, Unter den Eichen, Berlin, Germany.
Aims
The workshop will discuss measurement uncertainty evaluation for sampling and analysis in the context of ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The workshop will help laboratory managers and staff concerned with
- designing and implementing sampling protocols to ensure acceptable levels of uncertainty in results and conclusions
- developing and maintaining field or laboratory procedures for measurement uncertainty evaluation and reporting to meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017
- reporting measurement uncertainty in conformity assessment decisions under ISO/IEC 17025:2017
