The Eurachem Education and Training WG have updated the popular Eurachem Reading List. The list provides a collection of key references on metrology in chemistry and quality assurance. The list includes websites, standards, guides and books as well as refereed literature. The update follows a review carried out in 2016 to keep the list up to date. The reading list is available in both PDF and on-line HTML formats.
The Eurachem Education and Training group is pleased to announce that the Eurachem guide to terminology: "Terminology in Analytical Measurement: Introduction to VIM 3" is now available in Farsi. This Eurachem Guide discusses a selection of the concepts in VIM 3, focusing on those most likely to be encountered in analytical laboratories.
The Eurachem Education and Training group is pleased to add a further translation of the information leaflet, "You talk, we understand – The way out of the tower of Babel". The leaflet is now additionally available in Serbian.
Thanks to the work of the the EURACHEM Proficiency Testing Working Group , the information leaflet "Proficiency testing - how much and how often?" is now available in three more languages: French, Serbian and Swedish.The leaflet helps laboratories select the right balance of areas of work and participation frequency.

Thanks to the hard work of our colleagues in Italy, the second edition of the Eurachem guide "The Fitness for Purpose of Analytical Methods" is now additionally available from this website in Italian.
The Eurachem Education and Training Working Group have issued a new Third edition of the well-known Eurachem/CITAC "Guide to Quality in Analytical Chemistry - An Aid to Accreditation".

The EURACHEM Proficiency Testing Working Group has produced an information leaflet to help laboratories select the right balance of areas of work and participation frequency. The leaflet is currently available in English; further translations are in hand and will be published when available.
